Dr. Aimen has a strong background in healthcare, medical education, and wellness. She earned a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the University of Health Sciences in 2023 and completed her medical degree at the University of Health Sciences Lahore from 2014 to 2019. Additionally, she holds a Master’s degree in English Language from Queen Mary College, where she studied from 2012 to 2014.
As a regular contributor to reputable health publications, she excels at translating complex medical topics into easily digestible content. Dr. Aimen sees each day as a chance to share valuable knowledge, driven by her passion for helping people live better lives.
Supriya Kalra
Supriya Kalra is an educator and a psychologist. Being an expert in her niche, she has authored many books on parenting and mindful living to help and motivate people to a happy and content life. Her books are an effort and a motivation from her professional experience of 14 years of counseling combined with her intensive research and a strong educational background with a Master’s Degree in Education as well as in Counseling Psychology and her very own personal experience of being a mother of two.
